1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on airasia777 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies regardless of the email address, payment method, device, or IP address used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, airasia777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and retain all balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep this information updated at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. airasia777 will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted on your account using your valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you. 4.4 Account Currency

All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No other currency is supported for player balances. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit and credited accordingly.

5. KYC & Verification

In accordance with our licensing obligations and internal compliance requirements, airasia777 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any stage of your account lifecycle.

5.1 Required Documents

5.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. Accounts that fail KYC verification or where the Player refuses to cooperate with the verification process may be suspended and balances frozen pending further investigation.

6. Deposits & Payments

airasia777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether USDT TRC20, and BNB) are also accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency).
• Maximum deposit per transaction: RM500,000 (subject to individual account limits).
• E-wallet and FPX deposits are generally processed instantly.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• airasia777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received and are subject to the verification and processing timelines described below.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's name; third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

7.2 Processing Times

• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes after approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes after approval.

Processing times stated above are estimates and may be affected by factors outside airasia777's control, including bank processing queues, network congestion, and verification requirements. airasia777 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines but commits to processing approved withdrawal requests promptly.

7.3 Withdrawal Refusals

airasia777 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request if: (a) the account is under KYC review; (b) suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after accounting for active bonus wagering requirements; or (d) the Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

airasia777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirements are as specified at the time of registration. Welcome bonus eligibility is limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.

8.3 Crypto Deposit Bonus

8.4 Bonus Abuse

airasia777 actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming repeated bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and collusion between Players. Where bonus abuse is detected, airasia777 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and/or close the relevant account(s).

9. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on airasia777 — including slots, live casino table games, sports betting, live football, lottery, and arcade games — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems to ensure genuinely random and fair results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.
• airasia777 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's result is known or where odds have been published in error.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant event. Specific settlement rules for each sport are documented in the sportsbook rules section.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are as displayed within the relevant game or betting market at the time of wagering.
• All wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players cannot cancel or amend a bet once it has been accepted.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on airasia777 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use automated tools (bots, scripts, or similar technology) to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's systems, servers, or networks.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Engaging in chip dumping or other forms of match-fixing in poker or casino games.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the airasia777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, brand marks, and interface design — is the proprietary property of airasia777 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment gaming and sports betting as contemplated by these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, airasia777 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

airasia777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability.

13. Responsible Gambling

airasia777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to taking reasonable steps to protect vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by airasia777

airasia777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false information; (c) the account is under investigation for suspicious activity; (d) regulatory or legal obligations require the account to be restricted; or (e) continued operation of the account would be contrary to our responsible gambling obligations.

14.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is revoked immediately. Any Bonus Funds held at the time of termination are forfeited. Real-money balances will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures unless the termination is the result of a material breach, fraud, or money laundering activity, in which case balances may be frozen pending investigation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which airasia777 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by our licensing authority.

For Malaysian players: these Terms do not confer any rights enforceable under Malaysian law beyond those generally available to individuals entering into international online services agreements. Players acknowledge that by using airasia777, they are contracting with an internationally licensed entity operating outside Malaysian jurisdiction.

16. Amendments

airasia777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
